Vandana is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the Biopharma, Life Sciences, and Healthcare sectors. With an Executive MBA from IIM Bangalore and a background in Biochemistry, she has demonstrated leadership in both entrepreneurial and corporate roles. As co-founder and CEO of Genemine Discoveries Pvt Ltd, she led the company to success, including its selection for the Elevate Accelerator Program. During the COVID-19 pandemic, as COO at Bengaluru Genomics Center, she drove operational enhancements and technological innovations, significantly boosting revenue. Vandana also held key positions at Chromous Biotech, Bristol Myers Squibb, and the University of Maryland.
Currently at CRISPRBits Private Limited, she leverages her expertise to advance CRISPR technology, aiming to revolutionize point-of-care solutions through gene editing, precision medicine, and innovative healthcare solutions.

Ragul Paramasivam is an experienced co-founder with a demonstrated history of working in the biotechnology industry.
He is skilled in management, protein engineering, in-vitro Diagnosis, Assay development, Chemical Engineering and Public Speaking. He is an accomplished business development professional with a Doctor of Philosophy – Ph.D. focused in Immunology and Diagnosis from Monash University.
