 Shridhar brings over twenty years of practice and industry experience, advising on India business set-up, technology and commercial contracts, venture capital investment and private equity funding, M&A/takeovers, joint venture agreements, with MNC and domestic clients of repute. Shridhar is instrumental in negotiating international commercial contracts, dealing with IPR-related issues, designing and implementing Employee Stock Option, advising on intricate Foreign Exchange Regulations, advising companies on STPI and SEZ matters, legal aspects of HR matters and conducting Legal Due Diligence. Shridhar has experience of working with a yellow page related media based company, Pune, a global generic crop protection, chemicals and seeds company in Mumbai and a leading Engineering company in Mumbai. Shridhar has qualified exams for Chartered Secretary, UK Law Company Secretary (CS) Management Accountant (CMA). He has completed his graduation – Commerce.
